Abstract

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement has become a standard of care treatment for many patients with severe symptomatic aortic stenosis over the course of the past decade. While transcatheter aortic valve replacement has many advantages com- pared to surgical aortic valve repair, one disadvantage is the increased risk of vascular complications seen with transcatheter aortic valve replacement. In this case report, we present a rare post-transcatheter aortic valve replacement vascular complica- tion of ascending aorta pseudoaneurysm formation.
